Cleaning Rates

Weekly Service – up to 4 hours = $105.00 ( goal is higher frequency)
Additional Time = $25.00 per hour/person (30% savings)
Bi-monthly Service – up to 4 hours = $115.00
Additional Time = $25.00 per hour/person
One time / Monthly – up to 4 hours = $125.00
Additional Time = $25.00 per hour/person

Cleaning supplies = Everything is included!
• Floor cleaner – Murphy soap or other
• Furniture polish
• Glass cleaner
• Multipurpose cleaner
• Sponges
• Swiffer mop with white terry towels to clean floors
• Dusting/washing towels

Any size home from a studio to a 5br/bth home starting at $125.00 for 4 hours.

Additional time = $25.00 per hr
Team of 2 cleaning crew – minimum 2hrs = $130.00
Team of 3 cleaning crew – minimum2 hrs = $195.00
Additional crew member = $25.00 / hour
